At Craft a Brew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused, unopened kits and hardware within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and that no ingredients have been opened or used, as food-grade items must remain sealed for safety.

  Contact Support

  Email our brewing experts with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box to prevent breakage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
